Clair suggests you try to get in nine breath cycles for each part of the meditation. (Please don’t be concerned if you can’t do this.) I have noticed nine seems to be an important number in Qigong so now I often chant my mantra’s in sets of three or nine.
This meditation practice heals you and the generations before and after you. It creates ripples of goodness throughout your body that radiates to the rest of the planet. I hope it brings you to a place of peace.
